About

Tired of figuring everything out on your own?

There has been so much change in your life with no time to process or take a breath. You can’t afford to fall apart; everyone in your life needs you to keep it together. You’re the most self-aware person you know, but you can’t escape your own mind, even with lots of compulsive googling. Maybe things aren’t working in a role or relationship or religion, but changing it feels impossible. The anxiety and grief are exhausting – you're doing your best, but you can feel yourself fragmenting apart behind the scenes. You’re tired of performing the self that others want. You wish you could feel clear and confident about who you are. Therapy with me is a calm and affirming place to be questioning, deconstructing, and/or shouting into the void. I create a safe and stabilizing space to express your unfiltered thoughts and process all the chaos that comes with life changes. I can help you figure out how to care for your people and do your work in a way that feels authentic and energizing. I know what it’s like to want to burn it all down while feeling terrified of the pain of change. I love helping neurodivergent people work WITH their spicy/magical brains instead of against them. I am unapologetically affirming of LGBTQIA+ folks and I’m committed to trauma-informed, decolonized therapy. I do my best work with: neurodivergent folks (including Highly Sensitive People), former gifted kids and other overachievers, deep processors and feelers, those who identify with “eldest daughter syndrome,” millennials/Gen Z, individuals who grew up religious but have walked away from those beliefs/communities in some way and/or deconstructed their faith, and creatives/entrepreneurs with one or more marginalized identities.
